I am totally satisfied with the very good legal work Marneris Law firm provided. My attorney Shayla King was super special. She went above and beyond for my deal as I struggled with two difficult buyers. After I thought my home wouldn’t close because of the buyers, Shayla King and staff continued to work with the buyers. There was also an unforeseen tax issue that Shayla King and Mariners Law worked on diligently to resolve. If you need a lawyer who just signs things off and handles things remotely without any guidance then great! If you need someone with general communication for people who have never purchased a home before, could catch particular verbiage in contract, then explain what that could mean for you, move in date and rent back, please find someone else. Once acknowledged communication was a major issue, Nick personally started to handle our situation to smooth everything over. I would’ve eventually left it as a bad experience and moved on but the condescending attitude and “would you like us to email you and check in everyday?” was too funny to not let go. Oh and he reminded me “we have a lot of satisfied clients” when I was explaining how disappointed I was, so here’s the 1 bad review to warn others. Good luck!
