Miss Patricia and her staff were exceptional. She was very responsive and clear about what was needed from me. Extremely kind & thorough, did not overcharge. I felt that she was trustworthy and would recommend to anyone. She was patient with my questions and I never felt rushed. If ever I need similar advice again, I absolutely will return to her.

Called office multiple times to speak with her over the course of months and she would not return our calls. Said she would do various things for our case and did not follow through. Very unprofessional, poor people skills, and did not seem to care to serve us, even after we paid for her services in full PRIOR to her doing anything. I do not recommend her to anyone. After our experience with her we are currently in the process of waiting for our refund but still waiting for her to return a phone call....
