My experience has been great, Pham has always been helpful to me. She has been my personal attorney a few times dealing with family court. My Ex wife has tried to increase my child support unlawfully and Pham defended me both times. I have personally referred Ms. Pham to other friends, she has helped out some of my friends during trying times.

We are from out of state. We hired Quyen for a custody issue. We paid upfront. Despite many many email communications, she did nothing for us in court. She claimed she did not get most of what was sent though I have copies of everything from both my email and my partner's. Our questions were rarely answered, and when it came to the actual hearing, she gave us too short of notice for us to be there in person (just a couple of days notice) to defend ourselves, she gave a 4 hour window to appear by phone after not giving proper notification so it was impossible to stay at the desk during that full window and work at the same time. She prosecuted us just as well as the prosecutor did, AND she NEVER provided final documents from our case. She claimed she quit before the final hearing which she had already taken the $2500 to complete. She never gave the opposing attorney our agreement claiming we did not agree and settled for a higher amount plus extras. She did all of this knowing my partner had lost his job and the money we paid her to take care of this case was the very money we needed to keep a roof over our heads. We lost our home and got hung in court by our own attorney. If you're looking for someone to represent your side, save your money and do it yourself or keep looking. She is just going to take your money and run then hang you to dry in court.
