Horrible Customer Service - it was a nightmare - I ended up firing him Go to somebody else, but not Sal. Hire him at your peril and loose all your money, without any return. Once he took my case, the nightmare began. This is how it goes with Sal: 1. He schedules a meeting - cancels the meeting 2 times within a week 2. Then, he has temerity to ask you - how mad are you on him (sic) 3. Then he will beg you NOT to fire him, and ask for another chance, because like everybody, he deserves another chance 4. To add insult to the injury, he will offer a $ 1000/- discount (sic) for causing all the trouble scheduling and rescheduling 5. Then he writes that your trial will be his sole focus, as if he is doing a favor to you 6. Then he disappears for weeks 7. He has multiple health issues, so he can't discuss your case. Here goes the list: a) Not able to meet you because he has Lasix thing on his eye, so he reschedules another meeting b) He develops a headache, which makes him cancel the meeting of 7 a) c) He reschedules again, because he has some surgery d) He has time to send a detailed note about his surgery ( but no time to discuss your case) e) Next, he is sick at home, because of flu and he is feeling miserable f) He apologizes for not taking your scheduled call because he couldn't get out of doc in time g) The list goes on and on and on... PS: Above all, he has an assistant, Matthew J. Piers - who seems to be working for your adversary. The guy is royally trampled by the adversary's attorney.
