My experience with Richard has been nothing but positive. Richard Kessler is a friendly and approachable attorney firm with reasonable pricing. Visa work can be very intimidating and stressful but Richard talked step-by-step on what to do and what to expect. I have been working together with Richard, Rosemary, and his team for at least 6 months throughout my green card process. When I had lost a document for the interview process I called the office, they were speedy to send me a copy right away. Richard and his team are very friendly and very knowledgeable with different types of immigration visas. Anytime I had a question, he would always call and even make availability in his office to make sure I left with answers. If you are looking for a visa attorney to help you through the whole process, I highly recommend Richard Kessler!

Took well over $4000 this time to stand beside me while I got my removal order and not say 1 word. He Set up video visitation with me and then never was available for the visit. He would never accept. My phone calls from the jail even though they were free calls. There was 30 days to file an appeal for my removal. after 27 days and I’d not heard anything from him I hired a different attorney. An attorney that specializes in immigration. Just sorry I wasted $4000 on this guy. Pretty expensive lesson. Now it’s my job to let everyone know to just google top Michigan immigration attorneys. If that’s what you need. Cause Kesslers not your guy for that.

Mr. Kessler has been a great help to my wife and I, as we work to secure a visa for her. He is very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. If you need immigration help, I would highly advise contacting him.

I can’t describe the level of incompetence and unprofessionalism, from this “lawyer” the lack of communication to their clients and their staff be very rude at times. He has shown himself in court every time he is supposed too to represent his clients but Instead sends someone else whoe doesnt even work at his firm. He is known is the immigration court in Detroit for his lack of professionalism and by the way we always get their notifications late. Do not hire this individual.
