WORST customer service ever. Reached out to them to review lease, was given their contact info through a very reputable broker and had to call them three times . Then when I tried to get in touch with one of the attorney's suggested, I was told she was on vacation. It is not because you are an attorney that you shouldn't have customer service. One should ALWAYS have customer service. This law office just wasted 2 weeks of valuable time for me.
