Kyra Ellis and Kaitlyn Fierich are my public defenders for A DWL case. Let me just say This office attorneys Never answer the phone and fail to notify for court dates they cancel and fail to notify for new upcoming court dates. I called , text , emailed and no luck from hearing back. How does the court system expect clients to succeed in closing court cases when they don’t communicate? And it sets up clients for failure by giving the clients a FAILURE TO APPEAR WARRANT. I was given a wrong court date through Voicemail and I have proof !! Pls do better in communication so clients don’t fail ! I’m extremely annoyed at the fact that I tried to call and text and email and got nothing back but a Warrant on behalf of them not wanting to communicate. It’s not justice it’s just failure !
I was very pleasantly surprised by the time, dedication and effort made by my Public Defender Peter Lee. You can tell he is really passionate about his job and that he respects his clients even if we are considered criminals. He talks to you straight and relatable. He pushed for my charges to get reduced and ultimately case was dismissed. Best $50 I ever spent.
not very nice honest women that answer the phones here. Someone on feb 3 8:52 am just answered like they were still asleep and said something then hold then hung up smh
If I can give zero stars I would I've been calling for a month to get an update on a case and get no one answers the phone ever. Just ridiculous.
If I could rate them lower than a one I certainly would, I can't believe this is how my tax dollars are being spent, you could get teenagers to handle incoming calls and other duties better than those I've had interactions with, this is shameful and unacceptable to the constituents and tax payers of orange county Florida. I was placed on hold numerous times without warrant when you leave messages they go unanswered there is a gross staffing issue that should be rectified immediately along with additional training for all staff members that serve the public as civil servants.
