Well balanced, honest and kind. A good, solid attorney to have in your corner. Shelah helped me with an issue related to my child. Despite the really tough opposition Shelah did an excellent job and helped negotiate a settlement for a very decent amount. Through it all, she was a great go-to person, who always listened kindly, and offered practical advice. In family related issues, emotions cloud one's judgment. On at least 2 such occasions, I asked Shelah and her advice proved invaluable. I recommend her whole heartedly. I honestly never want to go through the family court system again, but if I had to, Shelah is on my speed dial!

did not listen, kept changing stories, didn't respond well to calls and emails -- very poor communications, wouldn't answer phone calls, even on important subject. Didn't have the time to devote to my case. When asked about communications issues, her only response was, "If you feel I'm not representing you well, fire me." Eventually, I had to.
