So far so good. I feel i am in good hands, been a long process thus far and hoping we are over halfway there.... SSDI is tough, makes no sense that they want to deny everyone when i paid into this all my life and now that i need it the government says i dont qualify even tho all my doctors say I do . My experience with Harvey was excellent. Due to the fact that this firm specializes in Social Security / Disability cases. There are some negative reviews on here, but they need to be taken with a grain of salt. Most people don’t understand how long or how much work it takes before you can actually get a hearing. It is very important to listen and read all of the paperwork regarding your case so you can understand what is really going with your case. If you don’t have a disability or have anything that the government would classify as a disability then you may be disappointed in the outcome. There are lots of factors that need to be considered, when attempting to get Social Security or Disability Benefits. You need to have Patience for sure. But you also need a good lawyer. Harvey and Maria worked with my Dads case and did there best. They are hard working and willing to bat for you. Please understand that if they don’t call you or if they haven’t contacted you, don’t worry. The court take a long time to finalize paperwork. Key point, if you haven’t heard anything from the Government, Neither has Harvey. If your willing and patience enough to get Social Security or Disability, really look at who is going to represent you in court. It took almost 2 years of waiting and getting all the right paperwork, but only 10 minutes in court room to get a favorable decision. - Results May vary based on your personal situation. I am disabled and looking for attorney. I went through Sackett and explained my concerns and needed help to apply for Social Security Disability. I have 3 qualifying reasons. I got a call and they said they would not take my case. I asked why and they refused to answer. No help at all and no advice. Very disappointed, Gino. Actually they refused to answer why the denied me. I have no idea where to go from here except find an attorney that can actually help. I was also told that Sackett didn't have time to provide me answers to why but as you can see he had time to reply to my yelp review. Do not use this guy. Gino, Okay Harvey. Since you do not refuse to answer questions can you please contact me and tell me why you can't assist me? I'll post if he actually contacts me.
