I'm writing this review after having the displeasure of being in trial against Robert Bleich for a family matter regarding a guardianship case-so everything is fresh in my mind. I can respect and be civilized with opposing sides because I understand we're in court with different goals. However, I cannot say that our experience in sharing a court room with him was a respectful or dignified one. He was clearly in a rush and would sporadically stand up to stretch, would impatiently click his pen, mumble under his breath, threw a few curse words in, raised his voice in a feeble and comical attempt to seem intimidating and was unorganized and kept mentioning how he hadn't been provided with much time to prepare. His cross examination on myself was not only ill prepared but vulgar and often times the questions didn't even make sense and left us feeling puzzled. His objections were often pointless and he would look to the judge for reassurance. I could go on all day about what a ridiculous excuse for an attorney he is and how he probably uses a "How to be a lawyer for Dummies," as a professional reference to his cases but I will end it here. Needless to say, our attorney gracefully won the case for us which was an uphill battle to begin with. If you want to be made a fool of in court and pretty much rushed out, then Mr. Bleich is your man.
