Best Attorney in Indiana! If you have a custody case this is the guy you need representing you especially if you are a father. Stay away from big firms as they just rip you off. Tom has done more for my case in 4 months than my previous attorney did in 2 years. Also he is a father himself and a great family man he truly understands and is just an all around great guy.

Tom has been a huge help to my husband and I with our custody case for my stepdaughter. For so long we felt like no one cared after the huge amount of money we had to spend before him. Thomas M. Green is the most unethical attorney I have ever come into contact with in the 12 years I’ve been going through my horrendous divorce and custody dispute. He charged me a retainer of $3000 and then refused to respond to emails, phone calls or text messages- neither to me or to the Guardian Ad Litem who had been court appointed to my case. He failed to submit a response to the allegations to the Guardian Ad Litem, or to the court. He claimed that he returned my retainer, since I asked him to remove himself from the case after one month of being ignored. He never returned my retainer, and I’m fact told the credit card company that I disputed the charge with that he had used up all of my retainer. I have contacted the Bar Association (Ethics Commission), but I wanted to warn the public directly if I could. He will probably take this review down, but I have to warn you, if an attorney has only ONE or Two reviews, and it a 5 star review, be very scared. He only allows the reviews that make him look good! They are probably bogus reviews anyway. Just beware of unethical attorneys - they are out there.
