6 months ago my life turned into a living hell. I was charged with a DUI after misjudging the parking garage at Plainridge Casino and hitting the top of an RV I was driving. It is so easy to drive this you forget what's on top of you...eech. I lost my license. For the last 6 months I have had to ride a bicycle or walk 4 miles a day to care for my horse and to any close convenience store to get food because I live in the country. Trevor was appointed as a public defender for me. I told him my story and the events of that night and I said I swear to God I was not intoxicated having admitted that I had had a couple nips earlier in the day. Trevors said " I believe you". Trevor fought for me. I am 60 years old and broke my back two and a half years ago and have not been able to return to nursing and I'm currently homeless living in this RV very grateful to have a roof over my head. Trevor suggested instead of taking a plea deal that we fight this and take it to trial it took 6 months and from what I've been told that is a really short time to get a trial because of covid. Yesterday was my trial and a jury of my peers found me not guilty. I cannot thank this man enough or recommend him enough for saving my life because I don't know how much more I could take. I am still absorbing the events of yesterday.This man is an amazing, compassionate fighter for justice and will give 110 percent of himself to your cause. Thank you Trevor for helping me get back my life. The biggest thing I have learned is it is not your right to drive but a privilege. One must never forget.

I was very unsure about my case and attorney from th he beginning. It was at the start of covid and was stretched out due to the supreme court ruling on speedy trials. I also wish I could give more than 5 stars to Mr. Clement. Mr. Clement managed a case for my son - who is a difficult client at best. Mr. Clement's dedication to the case, despite the difficulties it presented was amazing. The outcome he reached was better than I could have hoped for! What impressed me about Mr. Clement was his good relationship with the various people that were dealing with my son's case (probation officers, district attorney, etc...) He was able to bring people together to reach a positive outcome. Mr. Clement is personable, and very easy to work with. I cannot recommend him and his services strongly enough.

Hello, I am a Deaf man, and I was arrested by Framingham police department for operating under the influence when I was never driving the car in question. The Framingham police department refused to provide me with an American Sign Language interpreter so that I could communicate with them as is required under federal law. due to this fact, they violated my rights in many ways, and I was going to lose my license for a very long time as well as other consequences of this invalid arrest, This attorney, unlike many many other attorneys became aware of the ADA and other Deaf related legal issues and argued my case aggressively and was very compassionate toward my cause. so many attorneys have zero awareness of Deaf discrimination and the frequent stress and opression Deaf people face in these types of cases, so many other attorneys would have and have in fact overlooked the facts and laws that are unique to the Deaf community . This attorney did so much more than get my case dismissed, he also successfully and skillfully challenged the Registry when they continued to refuse to give me back my license and I got it back within a day of my meeting with the RMV hearings officer. This Attorney has so much heart, and compassion for the underdog you could never have a better attorney on your side! My girlfriend and I are eternally grateful for the support you provided we will be sharing your information with the Deaf community for sure!
