I tell you more when we win????(2020) Fast forward to 2022 and we won it took a while but i ask u to be patient with them. What i love the most is they cared about my well-being. more than the cash i love that the most. If u are in any accident call Scott Richard {keep in mind every case is different some are shorter cases, other cases can take longer.

Just called. The receptionist answered with "Law office." I had a question regarding the the organizations that share the same building as the law office. She responded with, "I don't know, this is the law office" then proceeded to hang up while I was speaking. Yes, the information I was requesting is not relevant to the law office, but as the receptionist I'd give the way she handled that a zero for professionalism and courtesy.

To start with the receptionist: First no welcome only states the name and pauses. When you say something then they immediately take your name and contact without any direction. Now speaking to both Bob and Scott: It is my first time so they don't know anything about me, so first I was not welcomed, immediately said "Why you are calling" then " You are saying no sense" thing in that nature, so very rude, they listened to half what I said, and hang up on me. I was completely polite and trying to throw in information as much as I can so I won't be interrupted and deliver the need. Very arrogant personal dominates the talk, and very money oriented. They don't have time for you unless you mention big money. Avoid
