As a beneficiary of a family trust, they advised trustee to not pay out...when I inquire to them as to reasoning they will not return calls or emails....guess they got the initial money and that is all that matters.....update 3-5-2024..again he has not released the funds and continues to advise against releasing although there is no additional creditors except his additional billing…from the date of passing the value has dropped 15% primarily as a result of his counties fee’s. Somehow my original review was not showing so it seems he has a way of clearing bad reviews…not sure how

Waste of $8k and no communication for father VA benefits. My dad, and my family, felt taken advantage of. Too big of an ego and hid after got the money. Lesson learned.

Bill truly cares about the elderly and goes out of his way to help in any way he can!!
