Greedy, worse than Advance Financial in charging. With Advance Financial your balance does go down. With this attorney you can pay for years and you balance doesn't change. Advance Financial charges a much higher interest rate than 24% and your balance goes down. Takes advantage of people who fall down.. Kick you while your down.

This place is a joke. They won't answer calls or return phone calls in a timely manner because they "are always in court" or "working on cases in order". However they will take everything out of your bank account without so much as a courtesy call.

How can you make payments if they never answer your calls. I even drove to Murfreesboro to make a payment and the employees are smoking. But by the time you get to the door its locked.

This place is not legit they will wait a year and start sending you more bills with interest charges and if you don't pay they will sue you!!!!

I change my rating because. Yes you call and no one gets back to you but when I walk in the building and ask to speak with someone they made the time to talk to me and explain a lot of things I didn't know about. Like they won't call you back till the day before your court date they are always working and taking care of May cases so they are not all the time there and able to return your call right away. But if you have go there and talk to them explain your situation they will work with you to resolve the issue the best way possible. I know every case is different but I got great help from them! can't complain!
