Extremely unprofessional. They do not answer phone calls or emails. My first case was dismissed because they failed to follow up on a motion and again I have received a motion to dismiss because again they failed to file a motion that i requested and followed up with them about 10 months in advance. Tradd Fromme and Chad Hayward himself assured me that the motion had been granted and now no one answers my emails or phone calls.
