Mr. Hashim was recommended to me by a friend when, through the city's negligence, there was a large septic flood in my office. I lost so much, years of work, time, and sleep. I paid Mr. Hashim a retainer and after 2 years, I contacted him only to find out that he had used the entire retainer before obtaining any information and that i would need to hire a different firm to do the investigation. I don’t think this guy is what you’re looking for.
