This message is for the Orange County Office. They handled a Mercury Claim I had. Attorney was Awesome. However the case manager Heather (she claimed ) & receptionist Kelly were all very unprofessional. Jelly always got pissed off when I asked her for her name. As a receptionist she never states her name when she answers, she don't know how to look up case information by case names neither. Jelly & Heather kept hanging up on me when I called for information because it was close to 5 PM. Apparently they don't want to talk to customers if it's going to cause them to be a little late to get home.
