My company bought worker compensation policy from Chubb. At the end of the second contract year, they did an audit. Several months after the contract ended, they told us that the premium for that year went from $260/year to $780/year, i.e. we own them another $540/year after the contract has long been over. I guess that is how they lure customers in.

its been 2 months since the accident that was not our fault and they have not called or gave us any update. The adjuster never answers, I called today and they said "we are waiting to hear back from our insured, involving the accident" when he got the ticket from the police for the at-fault accident. They want us to go through our insurance and if they do not pay back, our rates goes up and they simply did not give a care in the world. They have a system, so they say, if they don't hear from the insured they don't pay anything out even if they are at-fault.

Chubb Insurance Company agreed to cover my claim after their insured hit me. I was not at fault. I am very disappointed and having to take legal action since they are not fulfilling my requested loss in value that my GMC truck sustained when I was rear ended by their insured. This has been a huge headache and hassle and has taken a lot more of my time to get Chubb to do what they are legally bound to do. Never in my life have I had to deal with a more difficult insurance company especially when I am not at fault. As a business owner I always try and be respectful of the process but I would highly discourage anyone from working with them. Not only am I taking legal action on Chubb but their insured client as well. That being said, anyone who is thinking about signing on with Chubb... RUN!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CHUBB INSURANCE .. My sons truck was hit by a Chubb insured driver found at 100% Fault. It has been 6 weeks and the truck is still sitting at a body shop untouched because Chubbs can not get ahold of their insured for their statement, The Chubbs agent has changed 5 times in 6 weeks and each time the agent changes the claim starts over. After a month of this game they finally decided to pay part of the rental car fees.The most unprofessional Insurance Company I’ve ever dealt with’. I can not imagine being the insured party.trying to make a claim or even just get a straight answer from a agent.

Awful we were taken out of our lifted truck which was damaged by their client. Alan has been rude and unprofessional, we were forced into a small Hyundai and enterprise called us over 3 times telling us we were past due and they need the vehicle back! Not one single apology I asked for a truck due to what we were taken out of and he was awful belittling and wouldn’t let us get a truck absolutely disgusting service!
