About a year and a half ago I was being charged with domestic violence which I was 100%. I did my research online and wanted a lawyer with a lot of trial experience because I was not going to take any deal when I did nothing wrong. I met with Damien,told him my story,answered all the questions he had for me,and hired him immediately. At the first court appearance I met his daughter Kristyna and was equally impressed with her professionalism. This father daughter tag team not only was on top of everything but very easy to get ahold of. Any time I had a question or concern I received a call back same day and in a timely matter. They both got right to work on my case and went the extra mile to investigate the case for me. In the end the phone interview they had and recorded led to a full dismissal of my case. I would recommend this dynamic duo to anyone for any reason. Also Damien has a great sense of humor and they both make you feel at ease.

I Hired Mr Nunzio to help me get parenting time with my son. He is aggressive when he needs to be. Him and his daughter are an amazing team. He was willing to come to the most crooked court system I know of and fight for my rights as a father. I would recommend him to any one. thank you for all you do and have for me and my wife. It's been a fight I am not sure if we would have gotten this far with out him. Punctual and relatively easy to get a hold of. If he couldn't speak that second. He would always get right ahold of me as soon as he could. I had more then one time I had to call on a Sunday or Saturday night.
