I appreciate the professionalism and kind staff and therefore would like to provide some constructive criticism. If you know you have minimum requirements as to the type of cases you take, it would be caring and helpful to all parties involved to share this with staff taking inbound calls. Perhaps a set of basic questions would help? Not only will the firm not waste billable time, but the client would also benefit by not being led on and having the freedom to find help quickly elsewhere. Thank you for you attention.

I hired Carabin Shaw after I was rear ended and my truck was left totaled. Stephanie helped me through the whole process and was outstanding. She kept me up-to-date and went to bat for me when I needed it. The entire staff was always very helpful and professional, and always answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. Definitely recommend them! I had a different law firm after my accident and they were horrible. After firing them I was lucky enough to have came across this firm! Everyone i have encountered have been great! James Shaw is amazing! He kept me informed of everything going on with my case and helped me when I needed it until my case was resolved! There giving up on my case after so long of me being with them because the semi who hit me wants to take this to federal court… they get scared when you have to take cases to court I wouldn’t recommend these people they drag you through everything just for them to wipe there hands at the end and say your on your own !!!!
