Law Offices Of Eileen Preville

Judge Preville has to be the absolute worst private judge in the East Bay. After having experienced her for two years in a simple divorce case I found her to be extremely biased, very opinionated and slower then anything I have ever experienced within a modern day court system. Sometimes it took a year for her to hear and rule on a simple motion. Her large ego gets in the way of having a productive hearing and many of the facts presented as evidence are simply ignored by her and not considered in the case. I considered filing a complaint with the Judicial Commission but was afraid of the retribution from her in my continuing process. Stay away from Preville!
