As a tenant, I've been on the opposing side of Ezratty Ezratty & Levine... And it may sound terribly strange --but they really are a great group of individuals! Mindy is truly THE BEST when working with individuals that reside in RVCHA-- and she is more than willing to assist in working out a deal to help you stay in your place of residence. Honestly... If you have to go to court due to nonpayment/notice of petition; you should hope and pray you come across individuals/a firm like this--

Jamie Ezratty, is a professional lawyer, and does everything in his power to help and point you in the right direction. He really helped my husband and I out in a time of need when we were dealing with tenants that did not want to pay rent. He was efficient, and his parter Mindy, did everything they could do ensure we got the best possible outcome.

Their secretary is just rude. Shes short and hung up on me. Thats not a great way to try to start business with someone. Not a good sign.

The lawyers here are very unprofessional I would not recommend them to anyone . They think there above everyone and everything real slime bags to throw them a compliment lol
