I used Kiteleys Solicitors in West Moors to write my will. I met with Siobhan and discussed my initial needs, Siobhan was very helpful especially as it wasn’t a straight forward will. I was given ample time to get my will set up just how I wanted it and Siobhan was very happy to meet me again to get the final details just right. My Wife and I realised that we needed to review and possibly update our Wills as it had been 24 years since we had reviewed them and the fact that the Government had over the years made a number of changes to IHT rules, it was really necessary.
