I obtained Mrs. Horowitz-Nelson’s legal services earlier this year. I have to say she was a huge blessing. Her compassion and willing to hear my story was commendable. Not all attorneys care that much. She was also well versed in the law and was able to perfom above and beyond. Family law can be messy and expensive but what is money when you are thinking of what is the best thing for your children? My case was difficult and not eveyone’s would be as complicated as mine. Some couples divorce amicably and are civil and are able to file things on their own, split assets and custody in a fair and civil way. That is always best.... Then you have the war of the roses type of divorce where your spouse fights you on every turn and is a nightmare.... yeah this is when you need a smart and experienced lawyer who will protect your children and your assets and who will make sure you are protected. I went through a traumatic experience with my situation and her expertise and ability to hand me a tissue while explaining legal documents was superb. I could not have asked for anyone better.
