Two weeks ago, my 90 year old grandparents were involved in a bad auto accident which severely handicapped my grandfather and badly injured my grandmother, and it seemed like my grandfather’s inability to be mobile meant nothing to the insurance company and the banks. After a morning of grief, we made a last-ditch effort and stopped by their lawyer’s office (Jeffrey) to see if there was absolutely anything else we could do. Immediately we were greeted by Kris and Liz, two of the kindest people on the planet, who jumped right into action. Kris made sure we were informed and had the professional foresight to give us a form that she thought we didn’t need but wound up needing.
