To all: Our colleague and friend, Ms. Noemi Fernandez, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2022, at the age of 74 after battling an illness that left her hospitalized. At the age of 50, she was admitted to practice law in New York State on December 9, 1997, hung up her own shingle and started her practice. Attorney Fernandez and the Law Offices of Noemi Fernandez, PLLC., 69 Delaware Ave., Ste. 603, Buffalo, NY have been faithfully and diligently serving the Western District of New York and lending her voice and advocacy to the underrepresented Spanish-speaking community for over 25 years. Her presence and dedication will be sorely missed. Deepest sadness

The RUDEST, most UNCARING and UNPROFESSIONAL person I’ve ever been FORCED to work with! I canceled my whole case just to be done with this horrible woman. I wouldn’t throw a penny at her for her time or services. As someone who was supposed to be MY attorney, she was rude and abrasive from our very first interaction. And she was constantly and repeatedly trying to make her personal tragedies and experiences a part of my narrative. Just cause you lost someone to a bad situation doesn’t mean that’s what’s in store for me or your other clients. You need to learn how to interact with people in a respectful, dignified manner. I hope you retire soon - you need it!

She was so disrespectful, not knowledgeable about child support in anyway didnt fight for me at at i actually went to jail during the pandemic had a job and paid 2200 still went to jail because of her on a Thursday they told me 3500 cash reprimand so all i had to do is pay right no paid it still went to jail worst lawyer i ever experienced seems to me like shes a immigration lawyer not a child suppot attorney please f get adequate consol if you ever get her she is not on your side at all ever then left me in jail until monday And she talked crazy to my girl and father like i was garbage gave her 3500 and she couldnt even get me out on friday had to stay over the weekend please save yourself find a real lawyer

Deplorable behavior. Refuses to communicate with clients and then moves case on without their informed consent. Wildly unprofessional.
