Every Apple Store is unique, but this one on the upper east side is specially fantastic. You have to visit it even if it’s just to see what it looks like. The outside of the structure where Apple is located, looks great and I have included a few pictures of what’s around that building across the street and around that place. Of course we all flock to Apple as soon as they have a new product that we like and yes I do have succumbed to buying myself Apple products and my son as well. I would definitely recommend this Apple location but would recommend most any Apple location because every one I have visited has been a surprise.

We went to the store to pick up our reserved MacBook and asked to check the battery health. The young staff were very unprofessional; one young male customer service just chatted with a girl while another girl forcefully updated my iPhone despite me saying I didn't want to. I ended up wasting an hour in the store without getting the check I wanted. Thankfully, an older male customer service representative finally helped me. Won't be coming back to this branch again; the service was basically terrible.

It’s out of character for me sit down and write a review, but I wanted to compliment everyone at the Madison Avenue Apple Store. I needed to replace my 10 -year old macbook air and It took me a long time to decide what I needed. I went into the store multiple times and each time the experience was excellent. All the staff was pleasant, informative, and never made me feel stupid for asking my questions. After purchasing (7/3/24) they helped me get set up although, ENTIRELY due to me own folly, I subsequently managed to mess things up. Once again, back to the store where, once again, staff could not have been nicer. Through the course of this process I spoke to multiple people – they were all lovely and helpful – I wish I could remember everyone’s name, but I can’t. I do however remember Rasia, who spent a great deal of time with me, and who was knowledgeable, pleasant, patient, and helped me get everything back on track – Rasia, I am so grateful for your help. First & foremost, thank you to Tiffany for being friendly and helpful with all my questions. I went in thinking we could tryout the Apple Vision Pro at a moments notice, but a demo had to be scheduled. Tiffany was willing to schedule for a 7pm time slot, however time constraints would not allow us to. Tiffany informed us that we could schedule it at any other time, no problem. Aside from a short and pleasant experience the store looks like a master piece from both the outside and in. Looking forward to retuning.

Beautiful building. But they don't want my little money.stopped in asked for the price for a phone I wanted to purchase. I was given the cost and the gentleman walked away. Did even ask if I wanted to take it. He was too interested in conversing with his co worker.
