Law Offices of Public Defender, Seventh

Haven't always been the biggest fan of public defenders, though I've never had money for lawyers when I needed them. I've been finding out if you give them better energy you get better results, they are in fact people as well. I am grateful for the support they've been giving me with my case.

This office is absolutely horrible The public defender's office has not helped my son's case whatsoever. I am finding that this system is all of corruption and it is extremely biassed I believe they are famous because they named streets after these people It is called one way My son misses court date because he had another court earring in another county at the very same time We contact in the public defender's office and advise them of this scheduling conflict however they did not care and I even went as far as contacting the judge in this case and the judge told me if my son did not show up he was putting a failure to appear worn out for my son. I told him and explained to the judge that my son has a court appearance in another county and I would be more than happy to submit the proof however this judge demanded that my son miss court and this other county Just as long as he appeared before him it was fine if he missed court somewhere else. We were told the very same thing by the other courts revard county courts stated that my son had to appear there Incensed that cases older I felt that should go there 1st and what is dead was cause my son to become very frightened and not go to either court dates, Is calling to thunder is extremely rude and doesn't understand that my son is suffering from mental health disorder, My son has been diagnosed with numerous mental health deficiencies and therefore he should not be held accountable for this clerical mistake. This just goes to show you how biassed this judges and how much this judge does not like my son I am going to put a request in because I believe since the judge spoke to me that is a conflict of interest

The receptionist is very good however I can't say the same thing about the public defenders. 6phone calls and numerous messages and still no response from my messages left.

Wanna just give you the run around

Can never speak to the lawyer and her secretary is about as unprofessional as I've ever heard. Chewing her food in my ear, says things like " probably not" and can be pretty snotty.
