Progressive Insurance placed my account with this outfit claiming I owed them $419.00. The fact is, I did not renew my auto policy because of the increased premium. I dropped Flo on her head and went with the gecko. The policy was cancelled directly with Progressive after I took on Geico. While I can prove everything cane and wiener don't seem to have anyone there above a 3rd grade education that can actually review the facts. All they have the ability to do is refer back to what I consider a boggus invoice for coverage I didn't agree to. Like everyone else, it pains me to give these ass clowns even a single star, but that's the lowest rating available.

I received a call from a guy name Johnny who spoke and argued about some debt from Farmer's insurance , I informed him the issue was resolved over two years ago with Farmer's issuing a check to me, but he was determined to use loud and bullish tatics to achieve extorting money. NO ONE in this time will or should cooperate with anyone over the phone unless otherwise authorized prior. I have received no other means of communication, email, mail or in person.

Everyone’s experience is so different. I had a collection from progressive even though my car was totaled out. I decided to go ahead and pay since I have the funds and Jennifer Hoover made me feel so much better about it! She had a beautiful spirit and I hope that anyone who has to deal with this company comes across her!! She was so helpful and wonderful! Thank you Jennifer!

They ask to speak to a certain person but won't clarify where they're calling from. I just got into with the rep on the phone. I didn't ask her name. I asked where she was calling from. She evidently was too dumb to understand the question. Thank you for paying my debt. Stop calling me. You're not getting money from me. I don't owe you. Thank you.

Fraudulent, they showed up on my credit report for an amount they never clarified to me when I called them and I got scammed a non refundable 370$. Then proceeded to try to convince me to pay them 90$ each month.
