MY experience with this Law Firm was excellent . They explained everything that I asked in terms that I was able to understand. They are very effective at what they do with all their communications. I would recommend this Firm .

I initially contacted this office on a Friday and was told I would receive a follow-up the same day. Unfortunately, no one got back to me. I followed up the next Wednesday, only to find out they were unaware of the situation. They promised to reach out again but instead sent an email full of excuses, claiming they were too busy and provided a list of other lawyers to contact. The lack of follow-up and professionalism, especially from Admin Assistant Isabel A. Pfeiffer, was extremely disappointing. This experience was a clear display of dishonesty and poor customer service

I've worked briefly with Mike Dyer and extensively with Mark Bregman and Scott Hodges with this firm, concerning Trust issues and Estate documents. They are very professional, yet personable and take the time to explain things in terms I could understand. They are quick to respond by phone or email and don't rush talking with you. They are a higher tier of lawyers, but I believe their trustworthiness and quality of experience is worth the price. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with Trust issues.
