Law Offices of Richard C. Naish

I wouldn’t recommend Richard Naish to my worst enemy. When father suddenly passed away of a heart attack, Richard was helping us with the estate. I met with him and my mother a week after my dad passed and he told my mother not to tell the bank yet that my dad had died until we had his death certificate to avoid them freezing her account (all of my friends who are lawyers told me this is the worst advice). When she finally told the bank and explained to them that Richard said this they ensured her that would never happen. My mom returned to his office about a month later by herself to discussing a filing she needed him to make and she gave him feedback about what the bank had told her. When she told him what the bank had said he completely denied that he has given that recommendation to her and proceeded to KICK HER OUT OF HIS OFFICE. What kind of man providing a service to a women who had just suddenly lost her husband of 30 years would kick them out of his office. Pathetic.
