You will not find a better attorney, than Mr. Whiting. He was a great choice for me and my family during a very difficult season. Mr. Whiting was very thorough about everything, prepared me well, and I believe genuinely very caring about my case. I find RGW's and his professional staff's performance to be both timely and excellent in content. They are actively engaged, good listeners, and excellent counselors. RGW is highly experienced, knowledgable and right minded, with a thoughtful and balanced demeanors. His assistance in our proceedings have been consistently excellent. I believe also that he is an excellent guardian ad litem as well, with his experience with his own children and grandchildren, his character, manner, principles and family court experience. I have been most impressed with him and his professional staff (my several decades of banking and financial background includes dealing with attorneys on a frequent basis and I think that RGW is an excellent attorney and I am delighted with his performance.)

My custody case has been completely bungled. Whatever Mr. Whiting was responsible for was done poorly or not done at all: * no effort was made to pursue discovery of any relevant documents. * the motions were not submitted on time, irreversibly missing critical court-ordered deadlines. * the invoices were full of errors and outright fictional charges. * the mandatory mediator that Mr. Whiting has selected was in the national news for being unfair to the rights of the father during her tenure as a judge on the family court circuit. * when paying the mediator on my behalf, Mr. Whiting attempted to get himself a cut of extra few hundred dollars. Overall, I can't advise more strongly against getting divorced in Lexington/Richmond County, and having Mr. Whiting as your attorney.
