I’ll start with the positive. They were friendly. Other than that, expect the absolutely bare minimum. I was over promised and they severely under delivered. Unorganized, messy, lazy, no sense of urgency and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this firm if your case needs any ounce of attention. If you do decide to move forward with them, be sure to document their “promises” because you most certainly will not get the services they promise.
