I'm a current Client of this firm, I had basically given up on getting SSI, due to being dragged by a firm I will not name. I will admit starting over was scary but Tracey was very professional from day one. There was a time I had doubt about to walk away from RQP, Tracey suggested I speak with a team member this was a great Idea. I decided to stay, all of my emails were answered, calls returned, moral of the story I have been approved, thank God. Excellent team, I'd recommend them to anyone.

(I want to start off by saying I have 2 Stars selected for 2 reasons: They did answer the phone, 2. They were aware that they were representing me) I was connected with RQP Law (Ross, Quinn & Plopert) through Atticus after being denied SSDI. I did a reappeal being represented by RQP Law. While they always answered when I called, and confirmed they had my case on file, there was no communication from them unless I initiated it—no email, no text, no calls. Every time I reached out, they had no updates. I was told multiple times that documents were “probably still in the mailroom” and that they hadn’t received anything yet. I never once received proactive communication from RQP about the progress of my appeal. The only updates I ever got were directly from SSDI, including Notification I was being represented by RQP law And the recent notice that my reappeal was denied. This experience was frustrating and disheartening. If communication, transparency, and being kept in the loop matter to you during a sensitive and important process like a disability appeal, I would recommend thinking twice Before being represented by RQP Law.

I am so very grateful to have been connected with this company for my Social Security Disability process. They made it so seamless.
