I have used Michael Todd in the past for traffic violations and it was a good experience.This time I was involved in a rear end collision and it was a totally different experience.I never met with Michael, I dealt with his associate Shannon Wright. Let's just say he would over promise and under deliver.For example he'll say I will call you in a couple of weeks,well 3 weeks go by and I'm calling him.When it was time to submit my claim he did not include my lost wages.When I mentioned it to Shannon he forgot we even talked about it along with other things....Before you hire a law firm,do your research.Don't go by past experiences because a lot can change over the years.One last thing if your lawyer can't take the time to meet with you, it's time to find another lawyer.

I had a great experience and would recommend T.Michael Todd for your legal services. His entire staff was extremely professional and prompt with communication. I felt secure and the law firm had my best interest at heart. The whole process was smooth and took a huge weight off my shoulders! Thank you T. Michael Todd and staff!

DO NOT USE T. MICHAEL TODD OR HIS PARALEGAL EVA GERMAIN TO HANDLE YOUR CASE!!! He was negligent in handling a hit and run accident I was involved in by making no attempt to obtain the camera footage or hire a special investigator. Both were unprofessional, rude, lazy, and incompetent. Eva Germain refused to process paperwork pertaining to my case suggesting I or Todd do it. To interact with both was quite simply a NIGHTMARE! B/c of his negligence, my case was denied by my ins. co. & I am now seeking other means for settlement. With their negative, unwilling, unprofessional attitudes they should leave the business. I would not recommend T. Michael Todd's services to anyone based on my experience with him and his paralegal.

I am greatful for this Law Firm. In the past Michael Todd has won Traffic cases on my behalf and had a case thrown out. I was allowed to work with out having to be in court. He handled everything and put me at ease. Recently I ended a 5 year battle with my Ex-Wife over our daughter whom my Ex abused, abandoned, and miseducated. With the help of Attorney Robyn Hicks - Guinn I was triumphant in getting full custody of my daughter. Attorney Guinn's diligence, attention to detail, outside of the box thinking, charm, and overall knowledge of Family Law were key to the resolution of our case. I would recommend this Law Firm to everyone I know because of the care they take to resolve your legal issues and their wide range of knowledge in various fields of Law.
