My experience with KELLY FOSTER y la supervisora DANIELA TORRE ALBA has been completely frustrating and disappointing. I never had any direct communication with her, neither during the case nor after its conclusion. She doesn’t answer phone calls, emails, or messages, which shows a total lack of interest and professionalism toward her clients. It’s clear that she doesn’t care about the outcome of the cases she handles, as her commitment disappears entirely once she secures her payment. This attitude is unacceptable for someone who is supposed to represent her clients’ interests with seriousness and dedication. I do not recommend her services under any circumstances. If you value your time, money, and proper attention to a legal matter, look for another professional.
Updated review: my charges were dismissed as not guilty by jury. It was a frustrating case but it appears Laticia Mora defended me properly in the end. I say good job in the final results but still a bit upsetting due to the amount of effort it took on my end. Keep up the hard work ladies and gentlemen.
Extremely unprofessional, they don't care about the inmates cases nor the family members out here trying to help our loved ones locked up. They are never available to speak, you leave messages and they don't even attempt to call back. This place is garbage and lowest of the low. Shame on all of you!
Every public defender I have had in Miami has seen me through to the other side of my case with no convictions. Seriously, you dont need to hire a lawyer when the ones available to you via the taxes you pay will adamantly support you in court.
Very unprofessional and the wrong PD can ruin many lives here
