I hired Mr. Neal about 3-4 yrs ago and he was very thorough, empathetic and knowledgeable. I was always treated with respect and he always answered my calls. I would recommend him to anyone.

Absolutely awful. Unethical, unprofessional, doesn’t truly listen to what the kids want, and even bold face lies in the courtroom (when we had proof of the lie he told). Would not ever recommend this man for a GAL or Lawyer.

Very unprofessional and unethical. He has no integrity about himself. He is washed up and bullies the system to break up kids from family.
