Today was my first bus ride in New York. We stopped to allow the shift-change. The new driver was super handsome and gave us riders kind & friendly customer service. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE HYBRID ELECTRIC MOTOR COACH. Say good riddance to bus pollution and hello to fresher air. Good job!

My wheelchair brother and i all wet from the pouring rain on mothers day, supervisor employee named Gilbert asked us which bus we was waiting for I told him the 11 bus . He directed us to a Different bus and saved the day I appreciate his service including the other passengers. Thankyou Gilbert and hope MTA recognizes your hard work and dedication for the city of New York

One insulting ticketing staff, my friend, had to deal with at King's station when he asked, "does unlimited pass gives unlimited rides?" Lady in her 50s shouted at him, replied, "what unlimited means to you," and repeated this five times. No police security is usually available at stations.

It's the New York City Transit System it is wonderful when it's working at best it is horrible when it's not working it's open 24 hours a day 7 days a week and at this point $2.75 will take you almost 300 miles you can also take the ferries but that's a different program anyway have a great day don't forget to hit the like button and subscribe have a great day bye
