To whom it may concern, Don batch #17685 did an act of service today that cannot be left without being mentioned. A family member lost her phone and the wonderful staff called us and arranged for pick-up. We are so grateful to have her as a staff at the station!

Today was my first bus ride in New York. We stopped to allow the shift-change. The new driver was super handsome and gave us riders kind & friendly customer service. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE HYBRID ELECTRIC MOTOR COACH. Say good riddance to bus pollution and hello to fresher air. Good job!

Just returned from NYC. The great employees from the MTA made getting around a breeze. Every worker we encountered was friendly and helpful. Great work by Janno and crew.

My wheelchair brother and i all wet from the pouring rain on mothers day, supervisor employee named Gilbert asked us which bus we was waiting for I told him the 11 bus . He directed us to a Different bus and saved the day I appreciate his service including the other passengers. Thankyou Gilbert and hope MTA recognizes your hard work and dedication for the city of New York
