Possibly the worst lawyer I’ve ever encountered. Lied about what he was going to do. Did nothing to fight for our side of the case. Dismissed anything we brought to his attention. He basically was a name on the docket and allowed the prosecutor to do anything they wanted. He held things against his client and kept dismissing things based on “his record”. People with far worse records were getting better deals and help and his client was left sitting for months with nothing done. Mr Levinson was clearly there to collect a paycheck from the court system and just let his client be a statistic. He spoke a good game but never followed through on anything. Lazy. Lies. Losing. Those are what you get with him.

There were so many red flags I received from this attorney. My primary issue is that this attorney failed to have false evidence dismissed after promising to hiring some expert to verify the credibility of video evidence. I now have a deep mistrust of the criminal “justice” system.

I am from North Carolina, and received a ticket in Ohio. I Called Lawrence L. Levinson and he was able to get it dismissed with a small fee; without getting any point on my license or insurance.
