LPS WROTE A CONTRACT FOR THE SALE OF MY BUSINESS THAT THREE OTHER LAW FIRMS CHARACTERIZED AS GROSSLY NEGLIGENT OR CONSTITUED ACTUAL LEGAL MALPRACTICE. THE SALES CONTRACT WAS FOR A SPECULATIVE AMOUNT (A MATTER OF LAW THAT HAS WELL KNOW LIMITATIONS IN CA AND I, AS A LAYPERSON, WAS COMPLETELY UNAWARE OF) WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY APPROPRIATE PROTECTIONS OR CAUTIONS AGAISNT THE INHERENT LIMITATIONS OF SUCH A CONTRACT.
