The first time I got in contact with Ms Alvarez was in October 2016. She and her Staff were very friendly until I signed the contract. She was hired to represent me in a small claim. I started calling and sending emails After 3 months with out knowing anything about my case. It was Very hard just to get a a response over the phone or a call back once a message was left. My Emails were almost never replied. In April 2017 I finally got an appointment with Ms. Alvarez to go over my case, she told me that in a two weeks my case was going to be presented in court, and she recommended me to request an appointment for two week from that day. In spite of calling and emailing to request the appointment, they never gave me that appointment. Finally in June 2017 (8 month later), I decided move forward and hire another attorney. I am willing to provide any evidence that will prove all I am stating against Ms Alvarez .

I hired this lady on a short notice for a divorce case sure At the beginning she was fantastic of course because I paid her what she wanted but after the fact once my divorce is over there’s still some issues that need to be taken care of and I needed guidance from a professional I got divorced in September it is now January and I’m still waiting for her to call me back The lack of professionalism sucks. I was even thinking of doing other businesses with her bud hell NO!

Ms. Teresa is a great and powerful Lawyer.. she help me stop all the creditors from call me .. when she did my bankruptcy….within one day of doing my bankruptcy and I mean everything.. I file Chapter 7
