I FOUND HIM ON GOOGLE AND TRY TO ASK HIM A QUESTION REGARDING LANDLORD, TENANT LAWS, AND NOT 10 SECONDS INTO THE CONVERSATION HE ASKED IF I WAS A LANDLORD OR A TENANT BECAUSE HE ONLY REPRESENTS LANDLORDS NOW! I RESPONDED A TENANT HE QUICKLY SAID I ONLY REPRESENT LANDLORDS, GOOD LUCK TO YOU, AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME! I FIND THIS TO BE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! LANDLORDS SHOULD NOT USE HIM EITHER!

I reached out to Leo because I had a tenant landlord complaint in which I was filing for my security deposit back. He negotiated the price with me and scheduled me after I received my court date to come to his office to meet with him once I came to his office to meet with him, he stated that I could handle the case by myself, and I didn’t need to pay him the money that he was charging me. I disagreed with him and I said to him that I wanted to continue to hire him. While sitting in his office for hours going back-and-forth showing on my evidence my emails and everything he decided that he’ll think about it. I explain to him that once I spoke with him and he excepted the case if he had he took him out he’s got to be a heart if he had heart issues or anything he should’ve said that then he wasted my time to come in here and discuss with him in it just to be Let down. I hope no one hires him in the near future. Thank you.

Me and my fiancé worked with Leo involving a domestic dispute that was taken out of context with Upper Darby police. Leo work to help J. out of the situation. Leo also recommend us to Anger Management specialist Joan to help with his case. Leo stayed in contact and made sure J. took care of the things he needed in order to help him fight his case. Everything worked out great. FYI me and my fiancé are in a much better place. I would definitely recommend Leo he's a great lawyer!!
