Not sure why this firm has such a negative reviews so far I had a great experience with them. I soon as I receive the mail I called the office and spoke to a lovely lady name Natalia. She was kind , polite and professional she explained everything to me in great details. She asks if I had any questions and even gave me her phone line extension. The second time I called for another payment it went to her voicemail however she gave me a call back within an hour. So before making any judgement by looking at all the negative reviews I would suggest to have a personal experience or preferably request to talk to the lovely Natalia.

Horrible - wish i could give 0 stars. rude staff, was hung up on when ask "what resources do you have to help me assist with the payments" professional extorsion artists with the uncommon ability to leverage education over their victims. look at the bad reviews I'm surprised the city allows places with such a low approval rating to operate.

My brother has never been a client of this place and my brother’s card was used at this place unauthorized for over $650. They don’t verify people’s identity for any transaction. Beware!
