I recently reached out to Learch Early & Brewer and was connected with Attorney Casey College. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. From the moment he answered the call, his tone was curt and impatient. He made no effort to understand my concerns and spoke as if my call was a burden. He rudely cut me off and suggested that the firm wouldn’t be interested in me as a client—without even hearing the details of my case. His behavior was cold, dismissive, and shockingly unprofessional. This is not the standard anyone should accept from legal counsel.

My experience with Attorney Casey College from Learch Early & Brewer was really disappointing. Right from the start, he answered the phone with an attitude that made me feel like an inconvenience. Before I could even explain my situation, he cut me off and made a completely inappropriate remark about me not being the kind of client they’d take on—without even knowing anything about me. The whole interaction came off as dismissive and arrogant. It’s this kind of treatment that makes people lose faith in lawyers. I’d strongly recommend steering clear

There is no real winning in a custody case. That said, I would not have made it through the last 12 months without the stamina, wisdom, legal expertise, and genuine kindness of Neemi Patel and Meg McKinney. Neemi and Meg were expert listeners, able to take in an avalanche of information, and distill down what was critical to my case. They also strengthened my voice and message to stand loud and clear when it mattered. In my situation, it was imperative that I had council who was skilled and patient when mediating with a difficult, pro se defendant and who was known and well-respected by our judge. This experience has cost more money than I ever could have imagined, but when your role as a parent is on the line - you will do anything it takes. My son and I now have peace and freedom and I am forever grateful. I would choose Meg and Neemi over and over again.

I am writing to express my gratitude and to commend Mike Goecke and Hunter Daley. They were both professional, compassionate, generous and more than competent. Mr. Goecke did an excellent job presenting our case in court; he was clear, confident and on point. He thought both deeply and creatively about the issues in our case. The depth of Mr. Daley’s knowledge and research was impressive. They worked very well as a team, and brought complementary skills to the problem. They both inspired confidence and gave us thoughtful advice for our legal decisions. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing legal assistance.

My recent experience working with Mr Hunter Daley and Mr Michael Goecke at The Lerch, Early, & Brewer Law Firm was excellent. Never having hired lawyers before, I didn’t know what to expect. From day one Mr Goecke and Mr Daley were very helpful. I got answers, I heard of numerous options, and I left with a feeling of scope; long and short term options were available. Arguments for my side of the case evolved as time went on and I found that very interesting. It’s not what I had expected, but it made perfect sense. In the court room, Daley and Goecke were a great team. I was impressed by how they both thought on their feet. In addition, obviously, they had to have a vast knowledge of the law, but they could express our side of the argument well enough that I could understand it (without a law degree). At the end of the case, after the Judge ruled in our favor, even he commended these lawyers for their understanding of the law and for the depth and clarity of their arguments.
