Don't recommend; instead of sliding scale fee structure, Arden Besunder P.C. bills singular $475. hourly rate, applicable to all services, including routine paralegal matters such as administration, copies, research, etc. Although Arden Besunder P.C boasts extensive Elder law expertise, Alison Besunder authored surprisingly sloppy, generic court report that was extensively laden with errors, typos, erroneous assumptions/false information. Most significantly the report lacked actionable recommendations, only referening generic information available to anyone via google.

Alison Besunder explained her ideas clearly and answered all my questions with great patience. I fully expect to continue this relationship.
