I am deeply grateful to Jenelle for her unwavering support throughout my restraining order court hearings. Her professionalism and dedication were truly remarkable. I have written only one bad review in my life before this, but felt compelled to share my experience so others may avoid the same pitfalls. The adverse posts involving Janelle Glassbrenner could not be more accurate. To begin, she has established communication policies that are outdated and clearly encourage excessive invoicing. She sells herself as understanding and compassionate by phone, but once the contract is signed, Janelle's colors show and becomes rude and arrogant. To be sure, she has no compassion or skills representing a male in divorce, and her carelessness cost met over $25,000 in post litigation issues that she was responsible for when writing up the MSA. This is supposed to be her expertise, but she was vague in critical retirement account divisions that caused immediate conflict post-divorce, gave completely incorrect advice (according to the Judge) on dealing with a cash settlement issue, and even omitted an important property award secured in mediation that created more costly litigation. I approached her on some of these issues, but quickly found she wears a teflon coat. It's also apparent there is no effective means of holding this profession accountable for malpractice. All-in-all, Janelle Glasbrenner was a very poor addition to what was an apparent solid reputation in Attorney Lettenberger's practice.

This lawyer is by far the most incompetent lawyer. She's a joke, does not do any research, asks for information, when the information is sent she becomes upset and charges ridiculous amounts for having to read what she asked for.. I would not use this lawyer for any legal matter period. She pretends to know what she's talking about, when she doesn't have a clue.

I can not speak highly enough about the services I received. Top notch communication, patience with my questions, and went above and beyond to ensure that my case was well represented. I will be contacting Frank in the future for any services my family or friends need.

So difficult to work with. Paid many thousands of dollars for a divorce and when I need a copy of a document for a tax filing, their office won't send it! I sent two emails with absolutely no response and then called and was told that that my document was in the basement and they couldn't give me an estimate if it would take days or weeks to get it. They wouldn't commit to getting it to me at all. When I need something from my accountant I get it same-day and I spend thousands less with him. This is the most antiquated and customer unfriendly professional experience I've ever had. you cannot communicate with Glassbrenner by text, you can't talk by cell (you are not allowed to have her cell number) they do not do DocuSign. It's an office stuck in the 1980's and the battleaxes at the phones are the most non-customer friendly people I've ever experienced but attitude comes from the top and rolls down.
