My mom had a case back in 1998, they were awesome. Flash forward my mom needed a letter regarding the court final decision from 1998. I called and the most helpful person I have met in a very long time picked up the phone. VAL helped us beyond belief. VAL has excellent customer service and went over the top to help us. Be careful, the lawyers here do not know the difference between a search engine and an AI platform. If you have no other choice than to use this lawfirm, make sure your lawyer provides you with the tools they are using for research so you can make sure they aren't using a made-up source that compromises your case.
