I highly recommend Doug Robinson with the Robinson and Warncke Law Firm. It is very hard to find an attorney that is completely honest with you. Mr. Robinson shoots you straight even if it’s not exactly what you want to hear. I truly appreciate his professionalism as well. He truly fought to get the maximum amount he could from my case. The Robinson Warncke group is one of the top ERISA firms in the state of Georgia and I highly recommend them if you are filing a short term or long-term disability claim. The firm offers a couple of different services depending on your needs: they can assist with an appeal that has already been denied or they can represent you during the entire claims process from start to finish. A few years ago, I developed a disabling condition, and I asked for a consultation with the firm prior to filing a disability claim through my employer. The attorneys that I worked with, Jeff Warncke and Steven Mitchell, provided invaluable counsel that helped me navigate the complex claims process. The firm filed the claim on my behalf, managed all communication with the insurance company, coordinated with my care team, and submitted my medical records. In the end, both my short term and long-term disability claims were approved, and I did not have to go through the hassle of an appeal. If you are dealing with a disability, either from injury or illness, you need to have an attorney assist with your claim. ERISA law is complex, and you do not want to risk going it alone when working with the insurance company. Having a good attorney is 100% worth the money, and the Robinson Warncke group is as good as it gets.
